How We Use Your Information
Members Portal

The Members Portal is a private, password-protected space for verified Freedom Faith members. Information shared within the portal — including prayer requests, testimonies, directory entries, and care requests — is visible only to other approved members and pastoral leadership.

Member accounts require approval from church leadership. Registration information is reviewed before access is granted. You may request removal of your member account at any time by contacting us through our contact form.

Data Storage & Security

Your information is stored securely in Google Firebase (Firestore), a cloud database protected by Google's industry-standard security infrastructure. Access is controlled by authentication rules — only authorized admin users and verified members can access protected data.

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. We encourage you to use strong passwords and to notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
