We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party — ever. Your information is used solely to serve and connect our church community.

• Prayer requests — submitted through our online prayer form
• Event RSVPs and visit pre-registrations — name, email, phone, and planned visit date
• Member registration — name, email, phone, address, family information, ministry involvement, and membership tenure
• Member Portal activity — prayer wall submissions, testimonies, directory information, and care requests
• Giving records — processed securely through Givelify; we do not store payment card information

Information collected automatically:

• Basic website analytics — pages visited, time on site, general geographic region
• Browser type and device type for display optimization
• Firebase Analytics data — anonymous usage patterns to improve the site experience

• To respond to your contact form messages and prayer requests
• To confirm event RSVPs and send service reminders if you subscribe
• To manage your member account and provide access to the Members Portal
• To display your profile in the private Members Directory (visible only to approved members)
• To send church announcements and ministry updates — only if you have opted in
• To process online giving through our secure third-party platform (Givelify)

The Members Portal is a private, password-protected space for verified Freedom Faith members. Information shared within the portal — including prayer requests, testimonies, directory entries, and care requests — is visible only to other approved members and pastoral leadership.

Member accounts require approval from church leadership. Registration information is reviewed before access is granted. You may request removal of your member account at any time by contacting us through our contact form.

Your information is stored securely in Google Firebase (Firestore), a cloud database protected by Google's industry-standard security infrastructure. Access is controlled by authentication rules — only authorized admin users and verified members can access protected data.

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. We encourage you to use strong passwords and to notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

We use the following third-party services. Each has its own privacy policy:

• Google Firebase — database, authentication, and hosting infrastructure
• Givelify — secure online giving platform; we do not receive or store payment information
• YouTube / Google — sermon and live stream video hosting
• Facebook — social media presence and Facebook Live streaming
• Web3Forms — contact form submission processing
• Jit.si — virtual meeting platform for the Members Portal

Our website is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will promptly remove it.

You have the right to:

• Request access to the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your information
• Opt out of non-essential communications at any time
• Remove your member account and associated data
